How to Order and Pay
To order one of our cakes please click on the appropriate tab on the top menu opting for standard gluten free and wheat free or including dairy free or Vegan. If you require more than one of the same item you can increase the number in the shopping cart.
If you would like to request a different flavour or topping then email your enquiry to us, we will be delighted to discuss our seasonal ranges with you.
We use Paypal shopping cart but you do not need a Paypal account to order. When checking out, you will see the option to pay with a standard card as well as the Paypal login. Payment must be made in advance before any goods are prepared or despatched.
Placing your order by noon on any working day (Monday to Friday), orders can be dispatched within 3 working days. You can request that we dispatch your order on any future date, providing it is one of our standard delivery days, Tuesday to Friday.
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of cake and whether you opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm service. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by 1pm but Royal Mail manage to achieve this in over 99% of our deliveries. This service requires a signature on delivery. You can change the delivery address at the final stage of the checkout process to a work address or to an address where there will be someone in to provide a signature. Please don’t forget to add the company name if you provide a work address.
Alternatively, you may opt for up to 4 working days delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery a card will be left with details of how to arrange redelivery, or collection from the local depot.
We accept no responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided nor can we accept liability if the delivery is delayed by less than 3 days due to unforeseen adverse weather conditions, public holidays or strike action once they have been despatched.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box Number.
In the unlikely event that your cake is lost during transit you must notify us within 24 hours of the due date. Any replacements or refunds will be considered and may be granted at our discretion and only in the event that the cake is damaged beyond reasonable use. We will require evidence of any damage, which must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery. The evidence may be in the form of photographs, or by returning the goods to us and must include the original packaging.
Cancelling an Order
Our cakes are made to order and personalised to your specifications, orders therefore cannot be cancelled once the cake has been made. However, should you wish to change your order at any time please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your needs.
If you have already placed an order with us and you would lie to check your order status, simply email us with your name or order number in the subject line and we’ll provide information about your order. We always send an email confirmation of your order if you provide an email address.

Love Pure Cakes or any of its partners shall not be liable for any consequential loss of the customer whether this arises from a breach of contract or any other way. The total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the goods supplied by us or any of its partners to the customer.
