Our kitchens make create from scratch and many include specific ingredients to deal with the food intolerances in the market place. Taste is not compromised, as we believe you can enjoy really tasty and healthy cakes in one mouthful.
We offer you an extremely healthy range of cakes which are made daily from scratch using organic stone ground flour, free range and organic eggs, organic butter and organic raw cane sugar. Using an abundance of fresh produce and an outrageous attitude to baking we bring to your plate a range of organic, vegan, gluten and wheat free, low sugar and low fat cakes, anything from chocolate and algae vegan cake to polenta and seaweed cake (gluten and wheat free).
